Spartan SGX is a functional training system for individuals of every ability and any age.

The periodized body weight workouts are varied, novel, and may be done in a group or one-on-one, led by an SGX coach.

CrossFIT STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING

Strength and Conditioning is the physical and physiological development of athletes and non-athletes. The role of the S&C coach is to bridge the gap between the theory of training and applied training, helping athletes to become faster, stronger and more flexible and to build their muscular endurance to perform better and remain injury free.

Strength and Conditioning is about more than lifting weights. It encompasses the entire development of the athlete and what is needed to improve physical performance. This includes plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability with strength training being just one piece of the jigsaw.

HIIT - HIGH INTENSITY CARDIO STRONG by Z & ZUMBA

Zumba: Perfect for everybody and every body! Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on.

How It Works: We take the "work" out of workout by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. Super effective? Check. Super fun? Check and check.
